Day 1 (5th Mar 2021)   I got my diet Plan and I started on 5th March, I woke up with a hope and started my day. First day is always hard as we need to arrange all the things. I am doing night shifts to it is always hard to set the diet routine, Thankfully I had all the food and supplements as suggested. Along with diet I spent around 1.5 hours in gym did cardio and weight training. The best thing of this diet plan I never feel hungry whole day. Fruit and curd
